Homeland Security is like Russian KGB |
Among other achievements of George Bush's war against terrorism, he cited the formation of the Department of Homeland Security and passage of the USA Patriot Act as two positive steps the government has taken.
The Department of Homeland Security is the Russian KGB revisited. The USA Patriot Act is so Orwellian in nature it might have been concieved by Josef Stalin's spin doctors, hardly most people's idea of good things.
Howard Dean said we've lost more jobs under Bush than we did under Herbert Hoover. I seem to remember Candidate Bush himself condemning the Clinton administration for too much foreign intervention and committing American troops to combat overseas.
We of the United Fascist Union think we need to create jobs at home instead of worrying about what's happening in strange places like Kosovo and Afghanistan. I don't think we need George W. Bush and his motley crew in Washington, D.C.
